HRIS Specialist
Our client, Beveridge & Diamond, a nationally recognized environmental law firm, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to help power their people systems, data, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and making HR operations more efficient and insightful.
What you will do:
- Own HRIS administration, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Build reports and dashboards on workforce data
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations and upgrades
- Improve workflows and automate processes
What you bring:
- 3+ years of HRIS or HR systems experience
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude, including Excel and other reporting tools
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
