Helios HR is seeking a Human Capital Solutions Advisor (Sales Consultant) to join our team. The Human Capital Solutions Advisor is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by partnering with prospective clients and leading the sales process to identify how Helios HR can solve their HR and/or recruiting challenges. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding client needs, and offering tailored HR and/or recruiting solutions. The Human Capital Solutions Advisor (Sales Consultant) brings direct HR experience allowing them to relate to the client’s challenges/needs, understand compliance considerations, and clearly articulate how Helios HR will help solve their challenge(s).
This position reports to the VP, Sales & Operations and work collaboratively with Helios HR sales & account management colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for full-lifecycle sales of HR and Recruiting services both on a project-basis or as an outsourced solution. This lifecycle includes:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal customers (Helios colleagues) and external prospective clients
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the firm's HR and/or recruiting consulting services and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and challenges to offer customized HR and/or recruiting solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management team to ensure seamless transition from sale to delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Required Skills, Experience & Attributes:
  • At least five years of HR experience (either as an internal HR resource or HR Consultant)
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the HR consulting or other professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to understand complex HR challenges and articulate solutions drawing connections on how various service options can best solve a particular client challenge
  • Desire and ability to foster business relationships and proactively identify opportunities for partnership
  • Ability to collaborate with department managers on resource capacity as an input to the sales strategy
  • Self-motivated

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity/Proficiency in Microsoft products
